Terms & Conditions

~For the best availability please book 4-6 weeks in advance.

~Please be on time for your session. You will only have the allotted time for your session. Being late for your session could result in less images provided. I often book studio sessions back to back and will not push back other client sessions because you are late.

~Your remaining balance(minus the deposit) is due at your session. The only exception is if you have made payment arrangements on the Baby’s First Year package.

~Editing includes skin perfecting, color enhancement and black & white conversion. Head swapping or any other extensive editing will be charged $50 per hour with a $50 minimum charge.

~Please allow 3 weeks for editing. All editing quotes are approximate. I do my best to edit your photos in a timely manor. Occasionally life events come up that are out of my control and may delay editing times.

~For a $75 fee you can have your editing rushed and you will have your images delivered to you in 3 business days.

~During the months of Sept, Oct, Nov, and Dec. editing times may be slightly longer.

~Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. Price quoted at time of booking is locked and will be honored.

~I do not EVER give out unedited photos. EVER.

~$35 fee on all returned checks

~Due to the nature of my business I do not offer refunds for any reason. If you are unhappy please contact me and I will, within reason, do my best to make it right.

~I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
